Submit your resume to our job opportunities web page. We'll review your application for cleaning experience or relevant transferable skills if you're new to the industry.
If you're a good fit, a member of our recruitment team will call you for a brief 10-minute phone interview to discuss the role and ask a few initial questions.
The next step is a 30-minute, one-on-one interview with your future Team Leader. This is a chance for us to learn more about you and for you to ask questions and get a feel for our team culture.
We'll contact you with a decision within 24 hours of your in-person interview. If you're successful, we’ll extend a formal job offer and schedule a one-hour induction session to get you started.
Once you accept the role, we'll send over your employment contract and all the necessary forms. We'll also cover the cost of your Police Check, Working With Children’s Check, and NDIS Check - all required for the role. We'll collect your bank details to set up your weekly pay.
No experience? No problem. Our paid training program will turn you into a fully qualified professional cleaner in just a few weeks.
